Our sensual Pole Series classes are the heart and soul of what we offer to you. These classes promote overall mind/body well-being and fitness by incorporating yoga, pilates, and strength training to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and overall fitness – all while focusing on sensuality. Classes teach an increasing progression of floor and pole dance tricks and transitions. We also offer workshops and classes specifically incorporating the beautiful, sensual arts of lap dancing, chair dancing and strip-tease.
Classes are about YOU…learning, discovering, challenging yourself in new ways, and taking a healthy, moving, life-changing journey.
POLE FITNESS I Beginner Class Series (60 min. class) Click here to get started now!
These classes offer you the basic essentials of beginning a delicious obsession with pole dancing! The beginner series will introduce you to a variety of pole spins, different grip methods, as well as some simple sexy transition moves, and even a few floor work moves.
If you’ve a returning student, you can still enjoy this class! Brush up on moves you already know while gaining strength, and stamina. Who knows, you could possibly even learn some new moves to add to your pole flow.

POLE FITNESS II~ Intermediate and beyond (90 minute class)
Become unapologetically sexy and journey through the sequences of pole dancing in this sexy, dynamic class. You will learn sensual floorwork, transitions, body language, strip tease, and pole swings and spins that will exhilarate and delight all while toning your body. Emphasis will be placed on the upper body to give you strength and confidence you will lavish in!
You will get a full body work out complete with stretching and fat burning components. You will feel stronger, your body will begin to tone and tighten, and you will feel muscles you never knew you had. Make your solid debut into the world of pole dance fitness and loving and appreciating your body TODAY.

Prepaid spots are required in ALL classes to reserve your pole time. Classes will consist of 8-9 women to get the most benefit of your time on the pole. Maintaining a smaller class size is key in a safe and worthwhile pole dancing experience.

LAP DANCE AND STRIPTEASE WORKSHOP~All levels welcome (75 minute class)
This workshop ALWAYS sells out super fast! Don’t miss out!
Sculpt and tone while you learn the art of entertaining as someone is seated in an arm chair, sofa, or loveseat. This is not chair dancing…it is dancing in front of and entertaining a seated subject. Learn how to move sensually, build anticipation, and put a smile on both of your faces.
The lap dance and striptease workshop will explore techniques to let go of your daily worries and start to tap into your sensual side. You will learn a sexy walk, sensual hip moves, sultry floor work, a tempting striptease and a lap dance you can perform with just a chair and a smile. There is no nudity in this workshop, we will layer clothing over our workout clothes and strip down to our workout clothes. The workshop includes a cheat sheet you can take home and use to practice. Note: you will be practicing on other folks in the class or an empty arm chair if you prefer. Advance registration is required with prepayment!
