Instructions:

1. Choose a link below based on your studio preference
2. Create a FREE online account if you'd like (optional)
3. Notice the tabs in the upper right hand corner, choose classes to see Pole Flow class dates and times (you can switch  to view the coming weeks schedule in the black bar below the tabs on the upper left hand corner)
4. If you are interested in our upcoming workshops view the "workshops" tab (these workshops days/times will not show under the "classes" tab)
5. Make your reservation in a class by selecting "sign up now" next to the  date/time you'd like.
6. Make payment and you will be sent a confirmation and receipt with further details.
